As the Clinical Nurse Navigator for the Margolis Family Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Program, Wendy’s focus is on helping patients and their families chart a course through their health care journey. Wendy also plays an important role in providing patient education and advocacy to the IBD community.

Having begun her career as an R.N. in 2003, Wendy has a wide variety of clinical experience spanning from emergency to the operating room, as well as trauma, ambulatory and long-term acute care. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas.
