Please join our Parkinson’s disease support group. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with Parkinson’s disease for many years, our support group aims to unite and strengthen. Our goal is to share knowledge, resources, and wisdom. Facilitated by our Nurse Navigator, the group can also benefit from education and clinical guidance.
